ATLANTA, June 16, 2011 -- Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) has named James Clark to serve as the national youth organization's president and CEO, effective January 2, 2012. He will succeed Roxanne Spillett, who has announced her retirement after 32 years with the organization.
